It may be possible for your organisation to access funding (up to 50%) for learning and development that is aimed at fostering ‘business development and growth’.
In most cases the funding can be used with sales, customer service and leadership skills training for you and your team.
Current Eligibility Criteria is as follows:
- The training is to assist businesses to train new recruits or to train existing staff to fill skills gaps and is aimed at supporting and fostering ‘Greater Business Growth and ‘Leadership Development’.
- A maximum group of 7 ‘full time’ people from any organisation and business sector employing less than 250 people.
- The training needs to have been planned, started and paid for by the end of Q2 i.e. 30th June 2025.
- The planned training is ‘new’ i.e. the funding cannot be used to fund training that has already started or has already been completed.
- Employees must have the right to work within the UK.
